MARK PREWETT, P.E.

Mark brings over 15 years in HVAC/BAS engineering design, construction oversight, energy consulting, system testing, and facility management consulting for existing large institutional clients. Prior to founding Virtual Facility, Mark co-founded Enica Engineering, a niche building automation and facility management professional engineering consulting firm in NYC serving prestigious hospitals, universities, pharmaceuticals and commercial facilities across the United States since 2010. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Villanova University.

REED BERNINATO, P.E.

Reed has over 15 years in HVAC/BAS engineering design, construction oversight, energy consulting, system testing, and facility management custom software development for existing large institutional clients to Virtual Facility.  Prior to joining the team, he was the Co-Founder of Enica Engineering. And among his many distinguished achievements, he olds a US Patent #10120373 in automated testing and diagnostics of building automation and controlled systems.

MILTON LOPEZ,

With over 20 years of experience in software development, Milton has worked as a developer, solutions architect, technology evangelist and trusted advisor for clients in DC, NYC, Toronto, Bangalore and London. Some of these include Banco Popular, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, TD Bank, Bradesco, Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo and Chase. His expertise runs the gamut from large scale agile digital transformation projects to digital innovation. He directs and implements technology strategy and approach from the ground up. He has led and successfully delivered large scale multi region $30M+ projects on tight timelines and high organization visibility. He holds a Computer Engineering degree from Polytechnic University.

CHRIS GRAY, P.E.

VP of Delivery

For the past 15 years, Chris has held various positions in the BAS engineering industry as well as the facility management software space.  Prior to joining Virtual Facility, he served as Senior Technology Manager for an electric demand side management technology company where he supported the development of the software and as well as the technical lead for execution of all projects. In these roles he has consulted and led numerous private and U.S. Government facilities in the implementation of demand side management technology.
